By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Eligibility The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws.
Account Creation To use the AI Coaching Bot, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
License Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for personal or business coaching purposes.
Prohibited Uses You agree not to:
Use the Service in any unlawful or harmful manner.
Use the Service to engage in harassment, abuse, or any other conduct that violates the rights of others.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit the Service in any unauthorized way.
2. AI Coaching Bot
Service Description The AI Coaching Bot is a tool designed to provide leadership coaching, training, and development suggestions through AI-driven interactions. The coaching provided is based on the intellectual property of the Company, machine learning models, and the input provided by the user.
No Professional Advice The AI Coaching Bot is not a licensed professional and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Any coaching or guidance provided by the bot should be considered informational only and should not replace advice from a qualified professional in those fields.
AI Limitations The AI Coaching Bot is based on the intellectual property of the Company and machine learning algorithms. While it aims to provide helpful feedback and insights, it may not always be accurate or applicable to every individual situation. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the AI-generated coaching.
User Responsibility You are responsible for how you interpret and apply the insights or feedback provided by the AI Coaching Bot. You should exercise independent judgment and discretion before making any decisions based on the AI's suggestions.
3. Limited Access Period
Six-Month Access By using the Service, you acknowledge that your access to the AI Coaching Bot is limited to a six-month period from the date of your account creation unless an extension is requested and agreed upon. After this period, your user ID will become invalid, and you will no longer be able to access or use the AI Coaching Bot.
No Refunds After Six Months Once the six-month period has expired, you will not be entitled to any refunds, credits, or continued access to the Service. You will have the opportunity to use the Service for the duration of the six-month access period, but once it ends, access will be terminated automatically.
4. Transfer of Ownership / Future Sale of Business
Potential Sale of the Company You acknowledge and agree that TLT Coaching may, at its discretion, sell, transfer, or otherwise assign its assets, including the AI Coaching Bot, to a third party in the future. In the event of such a sale, the buyer will assume ownership of the Service and will have the right to modify, terminate, or transfer the Service under different terms.
Impact on Your Account If the Company is sold or transferred to a third party, you understand that the new owner may decide to modify or discontinue the Service, including access terms or pricing. You agree that the Company’s obligations to you under these Terms are limited to the period of access as outlined in Section 3 and that the transfer of the Service will not extend beyond your six-month access period.
Notification of Transfer If the Company undergoes a sale or transfer, we will attempt to notify you, but it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms for any updates regarding the transfer of ownership or changes to the Service.
5. Privacy and Data Use
